Phil Kennemore – RIP

 We are deeply saddened to hear about the news that our good friend and Y&T Bassist Phil Kennemore passed away on January 7 2011 after his recent battle with cancer.

 Phil was a great friend and a wonderful human being and we loved him very much.  We enjoyed some of the most memorable nights together that will stay with us forever.

 We would like to send our love to Phil’s family, Dave, Jill and all of Y&T and fans around the world.
