Kim uses a Marshall JCM 800 (50w) Amp straight into 2 * 4x12 cabinets with little or no effects to keep it real and as simple as possible. Kim is a firm believer in the retro sound and doesn't like unnecessary effects messing with his sound and adding complication.

Kim has a number of guitars and uses different axes every time the Tailz play Live. Kim uses a Wireless system for Live shows as he likes the freedom they provide and allows him to throw his cool shapes all over the stage..

Jay Pepper

Jay Pepper uses a Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifier Amplifier Head (150w) and sometimes a Marshall JCM 800 (50w) Amp (if he's running his guitar in Stereo).

Jay mostly opts for just using his RECTO and Boss effects - Delay and Chorus via the RECTO Send/Return and Compressor, Wah and Wireless directly into the front. of the amp.  Jay uses Gibson, Kramer and Ibanez guitars!
